Voice assistant for Windows 10 and 11
Say it. Your PC does it.
CGIntelligent listens for “Jarvis” and carries out commands: it launches apps and games, sends Discord messages, controls music, OBS and reminders. English and Lithuanian.
- 1 Heard “Jarvis, message Fludis: what are you up to?”
- 2 Understood Discord message · to Fludis · text “what are you up to?”
- 3 Done Opened the chat @Fludis, typed the text word for word
- 4 Checked Recipient matches, message sent
If the recipient only sounds similar or an action can't be verified, the assistant asks or tells you what failed. It never reports an action that didn't happen.

Future direction
We're exploring a dedicated CGIntelligent device that connects to your PC. It's an early research stage, not a product for sale – today the focus is the app.
04
Your computer stays yours
Privacy policy- No accounts
- Keys and settings are stored only on your computer.
- Only when called
- Only sentences with “Jarvis” go to the AI. Press M to mute the mic.
- Asks before risky steps
- An unclear recipient, running code or shutdown always need your OK.
05
Download CGIntelligent
Free app. The AI runs on your own API key.
What's new
- Screen tasks are much faster: text is read straight from the window (~0.5 s) instead of a screenshot (~10 s)
- Tests: one click per question, no extra checks or hunting for "Next"
- Memory: CGIntelligent remembers what you tell it about yourself and syncs it with the VPS brain
Updates
The app checks for new versions, downloads the installer, verifies its SHA-256 hash and installs it. Settings and keys stay. When a required version is released, the app asks you to install it before continuing.
The installer isn't code-signed yet, so Windows may show “Windows protected your PC”. Click “More info” → “Run anyway”. You can verify the file with its SHA-256.

Help
Is it free?
Yes. AI replies use your own API key, so you pay your provider at their prices.
Why does the voice sometimes change?
The natural voice is ElevenLabs. If its credits run out or the key is invalid, the app tells you and uses the Microsoft voice until restart. Remaining credits are shown in settings.
Jarvis doesn't hear me.
Speak right after “Jarvis” and check the microphone in settings. Recognition is much more accurate with an ElevenLabs key. Diagnostics mode shows what the app heard.
Does it work offline?
Simple commands run locally, but speech recognition and the AI need the internet.
How do I uninstall?
Windows Settings → Apps → CGIntelligent → Uninstall. Personal settings stay in %APPDATA%\CGIntelligent.
If something doesn't work
Turn on “Diagnostics” in settings (S): the chat panel shows what the app heard, how it understood it, what it did and how long it took. The full log is %APPDATA%\CGIntelligent\data\cgi.log.
